The rules of the road for using Cannabis Investor News

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cannabis Investor News website at www.cannabisinvestornews.co (the "Site") and any related newsletters, briefings, dashboards, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by CanIDeal ("CIN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Not Investment Advice

The Services provide market data, automated briefings, and editorial commentary about publicly traded cannabis equities and the cannabis sector. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer to buy or sell a security, or the solicitation of an offer to buy or sell a security. CIN is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. The Cannabis Market Health Index (CMHI), "CIN Take," analyst aggregations, opportunity rankings, and similar editorial outputs are produced by automated and human-curated processes that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy

We aggregate data from third-party sources including SEC EDGAR, SEDAR+, Yahoo Finance, StockAnalysis.com, exchange feeds, and government regulators. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, calculation, score, or commentary on the Site. Data may be delayed, revised, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Cannabis & Legal Status

Cannabis is regulated differently across jurisdictions. In the United States, marijuana remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. Investments in cannabis-related equities involve material legal, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Services beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute Services content without written permission; (c) use the Services to defame, harass, or violate the rights of others; (d) introduce malicious code; or (e) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, including all text, charts, dashboards, briefings, the CMHI, the "CIN" name and logo, and all software, is owned by CanIDeal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. Brief excerpts may be quoted with attribution to "Cannabis Investor News" and a link back to the source page.

7. User Submissions

If you submit feedback, requests, or content (including via the Custom Intelligence form or comments), you grant CIN a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content for the operation and promotion of the Services. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not wish to share.

8. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party sites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or the content, products, or services they offer.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CIN, CANIDEAL, OR THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CIN, CanIDeal, and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Site or via email. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
